Returns & Refunds
Originals
Original paintings are one of a kind and therefore cannot be returned.
If a painting arrives damaged (this has not happened yet!) please reach out asap, take packaging photos before unboxing and send me all the relevant info and photographs so I can begin the insurance claim process.
Commissions
Commissions are bespoke to you and cannot be returned or refunded as they cannot be resold.
As above, please reach out if there are any delivery issues!
Prints
If you wish to return your print, you must contact me within 14 days, and return it within another 14. A full refund will be issued if the print is returned completely undamaged, in original packaging, and able to be resold.
If your print arrives damaged in the post (again, this has not happened yet) please take photos of packaging before opening. I will send out a replacement.
